The terms governing work with Elgold Studio.
Services
We provide design and development services (websites, e-commerce, web/mobile apps, SaaS/CRM systems, and brand identity). Each project's scope is agreed in writing before we start.
Quotes & payment
After understanding your requirements we send a clear quote. Payment is available via PayPal, card, or InstaPay. A deposit is usually required to begin, with the balance due on delivery as agreed.
Revisions & delivery
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Timelines are set per project and honored as long as the client provides what's needed on time.
Ownership & IP
Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work and code transfers fully to you. We may feature the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Liability
We deliver our best professional effort, but are not liable for indirect damages or for third-party services (hosting/providers) outside our control.
